D E S I G N P R O C E S S
The New Old practices a 4-step design process that suits all projects from Full Service to E-Design:
STEP 1:
CONSULT & COLLECT
The first step to each project is your consultation: where we get to know you and your home, discuss goals, ideas, style, needs, budget, timeline, etc. All design fees are customized based on the project scope of work.
STEP 2:
DEFINE & DESIGN
After our consultation, at the design fee schedule and timeline agreed upon, we begin your designs and selections. You will receive: 2D colored space plan to scale, story board with categorized images, list of the materials and items, and any other required documents.
STEP 3:
SOURCE & SUPPLY
Once materials and items are sourced and your final design plan is approved, you will receive a design package with: instructions and shopping list to order.
We also offer complete order and delivery management with our vendor relationships for local clients.
STEP 4:
IMPLEMENT & INSTALL
All design packages include: information and specifications to implement the design with your installer / contractor. We also offer project management for local clients and work with contractors.
